My name is Tina, and I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Beyond my education, I have worked with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and life stages. My experience spans social services, mental health, and community support, allowing me to connect with individuals navigating various challenges. Through this work, I have gained a deep appreciation for the resilience and uniqueness of each person’s journey.

Growing up in a family of five, I became familiar with feelings of anxiety, confusion, and uncertainty. Like many, I have faced moments of self-doubt and countless questions about life, purpose, and personal growth. Over time, I have learned that while challenges may feel overwhelming, we don’t have to navigate them alone. My experiences have shaped my passion for helping others find clarity, build confidence, and develop the tools they need to move forward.

With a strong foundation in psychology and years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life, I bring a thoughtful and compassionate perspective to everything I do. Whether through mentorship, advocacy, or meaningful conversations, I strive to create spaces where people feel heard, understood, and empowered.
